Tina Darlington Sampson – Coach, Speaker, Mentor… and More
Tina Darlington Sampson is a licensed spiritual life coach, and the Founder of Crossing Time Coaching. Her story, however, neither begins…. nor ends there!
Coming from a military family, Tina was born in Weisbaden, Germany, and raised in Fayetteville, North Carolina. She attended North Carolina State University, where she earned her Bachelor of Arts in Sociology/Criminology.
After completing college, Tina began a budding career which brought her to Washington, D.C., where she worked in diverse fields and positions from Information Technology Training to Human Resources Management. Her work in these fields afforded her the opportunity to coach and counsel a diverse population.
During the span of her twenty-two year career, Tina recognized her ability to engage and inspire people with her voice, her expressive style of outreach, and her strong conviction. Her desire to speak and teach the Word of God led her to pursue a certification in Biblical Studies from The National Bible College, in Fort Washington, Maryland, in 2009.
As she continued her personal studies, Tina mentored, ministered to and coached middle and high school girls. She coached the sport of cheerleading, as well as social and spiritual development, with the goal of inspiring and empowering them to become successful young women of God. Through coaching she recognized the need for education in basic life skills and manners for the youth. Tina was moved by God and her experiences with youth, and in 2013 launched her “IAMinistries” youth mentoring program. In 2015, in order to take her passion for helping others to the next level, Tina sharpened her skills by completing an intensive spiritual life coach training.
Tina believes that God has uniquely positioned her to continue to empower the leaders of today, while teaching, developing, and inspiring the young generation of leaders to come. This is her purpose.
On a personal note, Tina married her loving husband, Preston Sampson, III, in September, 1992. They are the proud parents of two talented and gifted sons, Tanner and Reed.
